Useless Stat of the Day

The Miami Marlins have dropped eight of their last nine games and have fallen to 45-54 and clinging to 4th place in the NL East.

In their recent slide, they have traded off their starting 2nd baseman, 3rd baseman, a starting pitcher and a lefty reliever. They have not scored more than 3 runs in any of their last nine games. The Fish have not scored a run in the fifth inning or later in each of their last seven games.

Marlins fans, may I direct your attention to London....

Enjoy the Olympics!
